3. Scope and contact

What is checked

Every document is read against clauses 4 to 10 of the chosen standard, for ISO 27001 also against Annex A. Maturity 0 to 4 per clause, with evidence references and concrete gaps.

What the report is not

Not a statement of conformity, not an audit, not a promise of a certificate. Approval is given only by SICE within the chosen procedure. The Zertify certificate is not accredited.

Privacy and seal

Documents are transferred encrypted, processed in Switzerland, deleted after 90 days and never used to train models. The report receives a SHA-256 fingerprint and a qualified seal with a ZertES timestamp on the infrastructure of Swisscom Trust Services.

The next step after the report

  1. Zertify certificate

    Self-assessment with mandatory evidence, reviewed and electronically sealed by SICE. From CHF 599 per year, not accredited.

  2. Zertify Verified

    Document review by reviewers, noted on the certificate and in the public register.

  3. Accredited certificate

    Audit by SICE, issued through an accredited partner body depending on the country. The readiness check is credited.
